As soon as you place your order,you will receive an order confirmation email.This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.


At Ballina Suspension & Accessories, our goal is to deliver reliable shipping across Australia. We aim to ensure every customer receives fast, responsive service and the highest level of care with every order.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.


 

 

Shipping Options & Charges

We currently ship to all states within Australia.

Free Standard Shipping (Domestic)

We offer Free Standard Shipping for customers located in:

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

  • New South Wales (NSW)

  • Queensland (QLD)

  • Victoria (VIC).

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Regional Standard Shipping (Flat Rate $25)

A flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $25 applies to the following states:

  • Northern Territory (NT)

  • South Australia (SA)

  • Tasmania (TAS)

  • Western Australia (WA)

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.

 

 

Handling & Cut-Off Time

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Processing Time:1-5 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day.

 

 

Order Acceptance & Verification

In some cases, orders may require additional verification before shipment (for example, address confirmation or payment validation).
 We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or incomplete information is suspected.

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable Australian taxes.
